mpconsulting, the independent reviewer engaged to conduct the five year review of the HSR system, has released a Navigation Paper which will inform public consultations as detailed at the Stakeholder Workshops page.
The paper:
- provides background information about findings to date, including some of the key issues for discussion as the review progresses;
- identifies principles to guide consideration of any potential recommended changes to the HSR system;
- provides further details about future consultation opportunities as options are developed for some of the issues identified; and
- provides transparency to the review and the issues raised.
